Terms of service
When placing an order with Bella Home Interiors Ltd trading as Misura Furniture, you agree to our full Terms & Conditions.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an email with your invoice confirming we’ve received it. At this point, your order is accepted, and a 50% deposit is required to begin processing. Please note: your approximate lead time begins the next working day after your deposit is secured, not the date of the confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
Your contract with us applies only to the products listed on your sales invoice. We are not obliged to supply any other items mentioned elsewhere unless confirmed on a separate invoice.
Misura's standard lead time is an approximate 8-12 weeks. Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only, and the time of delivery is not of the essence. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods that is caused by an event outside of our control or your failure to provide us with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the Goods.
Order Confirmation & Responsibility
You, the customer, are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details of the goods:
- Measurements
- Fabric choice
- Style
- Any additional specifications
These details will be included on your invoice. It is your responsibility to alert the sales team if anything is missing or incorrect, as the invoice serves as the final order agreement.
Bespoke Products & Cancellations
Please note that bespoke and personalised products fall under separate consumer refund rights and are non-refundable.
If you choose to cancel your order after production has begun (which begins the next working day after your deposit is secured), your deposit will not be refunded.
Errors, Changes & Cancellations
Any typographical, clerical, or pricing errors in our documents or website are subject to correction without liability.
Bella Home Interiors Ltd T/A Misura Furniture reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch. If so, your 50% deposit will be fully refunded.
If you need to make changes to your order, please notify us in writing within 7 working days of placing the deposit. Please note, changes may result in extended lead times.
To cancel an order, written notice must be sent to enquiries@misurafurniture.co.uk.
Product Details & Tolerances
As our products are handmade and bespoke, slight variations in size and design may occur. A 5-10% tolerance is standard on all dimensions.
We aim to match fabric samples as closely as possible, but slight variations in colour and texture may occur due to natural batch differences.
Product specifications are subject to change without notice for future orders. Products may vary from imagery shown online, though the value, functionality, and quality will always remain equivalent.
Delivery & Storage
When your order is ready, our Customer Service Team will contact you to arrange delivery. At this point, the remaining balance is required to be paid in full.
Deliveries are made to a room of your choice. You must ensure there is clear and safe access. We are not responsible for clearing pathways or moving existing furniture.
Access requirements and delivery conditions are the responsibility of you the customer.
You the customer are responsible to inform the sales team of any access requirements or delivery restrictions in advance.
If you are unable to accept delivery within 2 weeks of completion, a storage fee of £30 per week may be applied.
If you cancel or miss your confirmed delivery with less than 48 hours’ notice, a redelivery charge may apply.
Damage, Faults & Guarantee
Please inspect your items on delivery and report any damage or faults within 48 hours by emailing enquiries@misurafurniture.co.uk.
If damage of fault occurs, our liability for that damage is limited to the repair or replacement of that product. If your delivery is arranged by you (e.g. international couriers), we are not liable for any damage during transit.
Warranty:
We warrant that on delivery the Goods shall:
- conform in all material respects with their description and any applicable Goods Specification
- be of satisfactory quality (within the meaning of the Sale of Goods Act 1979)
- be fit for any purpose held out by us.
Frame and Spring Guarantee.
Frame and Spring Guarantee also applies to some of our Goods.
If the Goods are subject to a Frame and Spring Guarantee, we guarantee to repair or replace any Goods (or any part of the Goods) where the frame and / or frame springs are subject to a manufacturing defect within ten years of purchase. The following terms apply to the Frame and Spring Guarantee:
- the Frame and Spring Guarantee covers claims by the first owner of the Goods for normal use, purchased from our approved stockist / retailer only, beginning from the date of purchase. Otherwise the Frame and Spring Guarantee is non-transferable
- proof of purchase must be provided when any claim is made under the Frame and Spring Guarantee
- we must be given a reasonable opportunity of examining the alleged defective Goods to verify any fault
Warranty and guarantees do not cover:
- any defect which arises as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abuse or misuse of the Goods, or abnormal working conditions
- any defect which arises as a result of failing to follow our oral or written instructions as to the storage, installation, commissioning, use, care or maintenance of the Goods or (if there are none) good trade practice regarding the same
- any alteration or repair of such Goods not performed by us
- any loss or damage due to fire, smoke, explosion, water, weather conditions such as lightning or sunlight, theft, soiling, accidental damage or loss or damage caused by a third party.
